The residence Rosa dei Venti will be built in the quarter Riberinha. The building is consisting of three floors and the ground floor, seven flats in total, all of them with wide areas both inside and outside. Three wide garages are also available.
The architectural project of the building was presented to the competent Boavista authorities on September 20th, 2005 and was approved by the Municipal Boavista Chamber on October 11th, 2005.
The constructive techniques are of Italian standard and not Portuguese.
